Description
Towns and cities grew rapidly during Victorian times and the population soared. The largest area of growth came from London and the industrial towns in the north of England such as Leeds, Bradford and Manchester. Victorian towns were busy places with street vendors selling fruit and vegetables from barrows and stalls, farmers selling livestock, butchers, pubs, banks and theatres. The Victorian Life Transfer Pack consists of an A4 card with a Victorian street scene on the inside. There is a sheet of rub down transfers with over 40 items on it. On the reverse there is a street scene to colour in and historical information.
